X Luna Corp. is an early-stage technology startup building a location-based social media platform that re-imagines how people connect geographically. Our flagship product, the "Sup" app, will allow users to discover, interact with, and create content based on real-world locations, events, and communities. We aim to become the go-to platform for local discovery, digital presence, and community engagement.

I grew up in Augusta, Georgia where I developed an interest in this new exciting world of computers and technology. Back then, the internet and particularly the WWW was in its infancy. While I pursued studies in early computer science, I felt urge to connect with people on a more personal level. Today, I am a practicing internal medicine physician in the state of Virginia. Looking back at my early pursuits, who could have guessed how much we've connected the world with the innovations of the 21st century. The brilliant technology we carry in our pockets brings us all closer together. Now, I believe we can innovate further to truly connect with our community, local and abroad.

Chief Marketing Officer - Co-Founder
After spending 15+ years in (linear) broadcasting as a host, announcer, and editor in chief Sebastien joined the digital division of Canal+ in 2015, as the head of the Sports content department. In this role Sebastien handled all digital content output on social media and on Canal+ proprietary platform MyCanal, launching a new sports experience on the platform, market leading channels on Twitch, TikTok, Snap while also building an original content studio.
Since leaving Canal+ in 2023, Sébastien has been a trusted advisor for many tech companies and rights holders in the sports industry. He also serves on multiple boards, from Ateme to Hype Sports Innovation.

Chief Technology Officer - Co-Founder
Shellie Warren is the Chief Technology Officer and Co-Founder of X Luna Corp. In this role, he is responsible for the technical execution of the Sup platform, ensuring its security, scalability, and engineering to support real-world location-based discovery and community engagement. He leads the company’s technology and product strategies that power business operations and growth.
Shellie has served as a Senior Systems Architect contractor for DHS/FEMA, where he led large-scale digital transformations for mission-critical platforms, including location-aware mobile applications, real-time data integrations, and high-availability cloud infrastructure. Under his leadership, these applications enabled approximately $33.2 billion in financial assistance to disaster survivors across 535 declared emergencies and major disasters.
Shellie previously served as Chief Technology Officer at WarrenTech Company, an IT consulting firm. In this role, he led solution architecture efforts for large hospital clients, designing patient-portal mobile applications and features, and was responsible for driving development and testing teams.
